Tasting Notes
Abundant flavors of black cherry, blueberry and blackberry fruits fill the palate. This wine is more pronounced than last year’s debut vintage, and possesses the elegant structure and supple tannins we are already coming to expect from this remarkable Oakville vineyard.
Vineyard Notes
Named for the aerial artistry of the valley’s blackbirds, Air Show Vineyard is planted in gravelly, well-drained soils in the heart of Oakville along the crossroad. This Cabernet offers the depth and layering that are typical of the region, along with supple tannins that are a signature of the vineyard site.
