Tasting Notes
Lively and perfumed, this Oakville Cabernet puts on a show with its bright raspberry-cherry and spice aromatics. Round and full, layers of ample red berry fruit flavors flow across the palate, while toasted oak and spice notes add dimension. A hint of minerality lingers on the finish.
Vineyard Notes
Named for the aerial artistry of the valley’s blackbirds, Air Show Vineyard is planted in gravelly, well-drained soils in the heart of Oakville along the crossroad. This Cabernet offers the depth and layering that are typical of the region, along with supple tannins that are a signature of the vineyard site.
