Adult signature required for delivery. Member benefits begin with the purchase of the current shipment, is on-going and may be canceled after receiving your first wine club shipment with a 15 day notice. Cancellation requests received after a shipment is processed will be shipped as your final shipment. While we hope you will never have cause to cancel your membership, if you do choose to cancel, please call us or email [email protected].
Tenure benefits are awarded to members and increase the longer you remain a member. Your credit card will be billed and updated for the duration of your membership, view the shipment schedule here to determine the average cost per shipment.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes. An adult signature is required for delivery by an individual at least 21 years of age. As such we recommend shipping to a business address, a FedEx Hold at Location, or a UPS store that you determine. FedEx and UPS will attempt to deliver 3 times; if no one is available to sign, they will return your package to the winery and the shipment will be re-shipped at the member’s expense, plus an additional $20 return fee. Shipping, handling and applicable sales tax will be added to wine total. Shipments are limited to states where the winery is licensed. We reserve the right to put shipments on a “weather hold” during extremely cold or hot weather.
